The Michigan Core Technology Service Bureau is a subscription service that provides access to a variety of information sources, including Michigan's law enforcement system, Michigan's Secretary of State, and LocatePLUS, without requiring the agency to purchase their own server software.
Subscription Services
Michigan Law Enforcement Access
Desktop, car or handheld access to Michigan's law enforcement system and Secretary of State using Core Technology’s Talon clients. The Talon clients offered Interface Connection, Interface Connection and driver's license images or Interface Connection, Images and TalonPoint data.
Michigan Secretary of State
Handheld access to Secretary of State records for those who qualify based on the Secretary of State requirements.
LocatePLUS
Handheld access to the LocatePLUS investigative database to find information on People, Properties, Vehicles, Court Actions and Phone Numbers.
Technical Support
All Core Service Bureau subscriptions include 24x7 phone and email technical support.
